First Look: The World’s First Ever Floating Resort Is Here

Developed by two leading engineering firms in the region – Seagate Shipyard and El Bahrway Group and managed by Kempinski, The Sea Palace Floating Resort is designed to reflect the region’s upstanding reputation.

Kempinski which has successfully carried the tourism industry by managing and operating several iconic hotels in the region, including Kempinski The Palm and Kempinski Mall of The Emirates, Al Barsha – is now taking on yet another addition for a Five-Star experience set to open for guests on the first quarter of 2023.

The AED 600-million project is anchored right next to Dubai’s leading waterfront development – Jumeirah Beach Residence. The floating hotels and villas are strategically positioned to enable guests to float through the hotel and the neighbouring area. Amenities and facilities

The 156-key hotel and suite layout is structured into four parts, with the centre being interconnected by a glass pyramid. This central plaza, will feature the location’s fine array of well-versed amenities including on-site restaurants, bars, retail spaces and banqueting facilities.

The resort will also exclusively feature 12 luxury villas known as The Neptune. The Layout

The Smart Home collection will feature layouts ranging from two to four-bedroom options across a duplex layout cruising at a steady pace of six nautical miles.
