This 1.4-billion-dollar project is set to completion very soon this year. As Dubai takes the lead in positioning itself as ‘one of the best places to live in the world’, this project is ultimately set to support Dubai Plan 2021’. As we move closer to the finish line, many are curious to see how it turns out. The Royal Atlantis Residences is nestled among the breath-taking waters of Palm Jumeirah, projecting some very impressive architecture. The building features a hotel and residential options over two towers: 37 and 43-storey, 185 meters above sea level.

The property is also said to have live event spaces, luxury fine-dining outlets, as well as the region’s leading nightclub White among many other entertainment units.

Another one of the region’s existing projects is One at Palm Jumeirah by Omniyat. Launched in December 2020, One Palm’s appeal and interiors were elegantly curated by a team of internationally renown architectural firms including Super Potato – founded by Sugimato, SOMA Architects, and Vladimir Djurovic. The residences are situated on floors 19 to 47 featuring 432 fully furnished units.

As of recently, the property was even branded by prestige as one of the eight most expensive penthouses in the world. Among the expansive list of the building’s amenities feature an indoor cinema, a 100-meter private beach as well as a beach club.

With nearly 95% completed, the Palm Tower developed by Nakheel Properties has already become an on-demand property, soon to be on the market.
