Dubai Marina was created and built by Emaar, in order to create a community that wasn't like any other place in the world - and they have certainly delivered!  Dubai Marina stretches for more than 3 km along the shores of the Persian Gulf, making it the largest man-made marina in the world.

Once you're there, you'll be surrounded by a boardwalk, flowers, trees, boutiques, restaurants, and - of course - great views!  Dubai Marina is designed so that residents never have to leave to shop, eat, or have fun. Considering that Dubai Marina will be big enough for 120,000 people to call it home (in more than four dozen residential towers) once it's completely finished, that's quite an accomplishment!

As an added benefit, Dubai Marina is located near Interchange 5 on Sheikh Zayed Road - putting it near some of Dubai's most famous sites, like Internet City, Media City, Emirates Golf Club, and American University.

Apartments for sale and rent in Al Majara are divided into five different towers.  The largest stands 31 stories tall, while the smallest is a compact 7 stories.  Al Majara has both apartments and penthouses for rent and for sale.

Park Island

Apartments for sale and rent at Park Island are on the smaller side, but are just as luxurious.  The two towers at Park Island offer 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms - but no penthouses.

Marina Quays

If you live in one of the apartments at Marina Quays, you'll have three different areas to choose from - East, West, and North. West is by far the highest Tower, while East and North Towers are low rise.  There are no penthouses for sale or rent, but there are large duplex apartments in Marina Quays - perfect for families!
